The original panel was so bad, very laggy when the buttons were pressed, I could never easily select the ice options. I finally was so frustrated that I was looking at new fridges. Luckily, my husband started tinkering with it and found that the part was not integrated and could be removed. I looked up the part number and after a little research found unlimited appliance parts. They had the best price, good shipping, and this new panel is so much more responsive! I will always remember this company if any other appliance has issues.
