This part wasn’t available locally. Even the appliance parts stores were unable to order one through their channels. You really stepped up and saved my bacon. My old one was broken and damaging the laundry. Delivery was timely, but communication was a little sparse. That’s okay. I’d rather have product than words.

I received the agitator in a timely manner. It was very easy to remove the old one and install the new one. I gave a rating of 4 rather than 5 because the flap on the agitator really shouldn't have broken after only 2 years of normal use.
